QUINN COSTELLO (Dynamic Ideation Producer)
Quinn Costello is a documentary producer, director and editor based in Oakland, California. His films run the gamut with subjects ranging from swamp rat hunters to dancing spiders to warriors raging at the frontline of the environmental justice movement. His directorial debut Rodents of Unusual Size screened at over 100 festivals and racked up more than 20 awards before its national television debut on Independent Lens.

LAURA TEJERO NÚÑEZ (Global Integration Director)
Laura Tejero is a Spanish documentary filmmaker based in San Francisco, California. She holds an MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University and has directed and produced a silly range of shorts: from dressed-up dogs portraying humanity to melting permafrost, the cruelty of the prison system, and fake news. These were featured at film festivals around the world, including Big Sky, Calgary, Edinburgh, Cinequest, Vienna, Sydney, and London film festivals. Laura is currently in the editing phase of her first feature as a producer, Rodeo Queens, selected to pitch at Visions du Réel.

Michael T Workman is a filmmaker based in San Francisco and Montana. Workman grew up living between a trailer park and a house without wheels in Missoula, Montana. His latest film Meantime (2022) won the Best Short Film Award at Telluride Mountainfilm, Best Short Documentary Award at BendFilm Festival and the Vimeo Staff Pick Award at Palm Springs ShortFest. His documentary From Parts Unknown (2018) won the Grand Jury Prize at the Northwest Filmmakers’ Festival. He holds a B.F.A. in Fine Art from the University of Montana and an M.F.A. in Documentary Film from Stanford University.

Yael Bridge is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker. Her feature, The Big Scary “S” Word, traces the history and resurgence of socialism in the US and premiered at Hot Docs 2020. Prior to that she produced Left on Purpose, winner of the Audience Award at DOC NYC, and Saving Capitalism, which was nominated for an Emmy. She resides in Oakland, where she spends her time thinking about restructuring systems of power.
